DELIVERY
General information
"Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria" provides delivery for E-shop purchases both within Bulgaria and to other EU countries. Delivery of ordered and paid products is carried out through the Econt Express and Speedy AD courier companies, while deliveries outside Bulgaria are handled by TNT/FedEx.
Order preparation
Order processing can take 1-2 business days after the payment confirmation. The payment is considered confirmed once the funds have been received in the bank account of Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria.
Delivery terms and timeline
Your order will be delivered to your specified address within Bulgaria within 1 to 3 business days.
Order delivery outside Bulgaria takes 3 to 8 business days after TNT/FedEx dispatches your order, depending on the country of destination.
No customs forms needed for EU destinations.
Upon delivery to non-EU countries, the Customer should independently clarify the customs clearance conditions in the recipient country beforehand.
Delivery cost
For orders over 290 BGN/148.27 €, courier delivery is free of charge within Bulgaria.
For orders over 240 €, courier delivery is free of charge outside Bulgaria.
If your order does not qualify, delivery costs are determined automatically based on the courier company's rates.

For orders delivered within Bulgaria:
After you have added the products to the cart, press "Place an order". You can choose two delivery options:
1. Pick-up from the Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria office at 6, bul. Nikola Y. Vaptsarov, Sofia (free of charge). In this case, the payment can be made in two ways:
1.1. Pay at the office (in cash or by card via the terminal). Please note that pick-up orders are reserved in the system for 4 days, before being automatically canceled. When placing an order for pick-up, you can collect it at our office the same day – no need to wait for a call or message from us. Points (discounts) will be credited to your bonus account the day after the payment.
1.2. Online payment using the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
2. Courier delivery: Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria partners with Speedy AD and Econt Express courier companies. Currently, only delivery via Econt Express is available in the E-shop, but integration with Speedy AD is expected to be completed by late 2025. When selecting office delivery, you can specify the office name and courier company in the street input field or in the additional address comments section. Payment for courier delivery in the E-shop is accepted by card only.
3. Additional service for orders by phone or email:
You may place an order by phone or email and pay in cash on delivery when using Speedy AD or Econt Express, or pay via a bank transfer to Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria.
Please note! Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Bulgaria.

For orders delivered outside Bulgaria:
Delivery to other EU countries is primarily carried out by TNT/FedEx courier companies, with occasional use of DHL and DPD. When ordering delivery outside Bulgaria via our E-shop, you may pay by:
• PayPal;
• Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
PayPal payment
Pay for you order securely and easily using PayPal. If you select to pay via PayPal you will be transferred directly to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal client, you need to enter your data and make a payment. Your order will be processed and shipped immediately after the payment confirmation. The confirmation process usually takes several minutes.
Bank card payment (available both in Bulgaria and abroad)
After choosing the "Complete the order" option and agreeing to the terms, click on “Buy now”. By doing so, you will be redirected to the FIBANK secure payment portal to enter your bank card details and complete the payment.
Details required for bank card payment
Card details (cardholder's name, card number, expiration date) as well as CVV/CVC code from the back of the card.
For cards with 3D Secure, the system will automatically redirect you to your bank's verification page to confirm the payment.
Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria Company accepts payment via MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, and VISA Electron bank cards.
Additional information for Clients from other countries
Credit/debit card payments are processed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and Euro (EUR) for international transactions. If your card's currency differs, the payment amount will be converted at the card issuer's exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Credit card verification
All credit/debit bank card holders must undergo verification and authorization by their card issuer. If the card issuer declines the payment or for any reason does not allow the transaction, you will receive immediate notification.
Card details protection
During the verification process of banking details, the E-shop team does not have access to this information, even if the process occurs on the E-shop's website. All sensitive information is exchanged only between the cardholder and the bank.
MasterCard SecureCode / Verified by Visa
Thanks to additional security features for transactions like Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, online payments are becoming safer than ever. If your bank supports this option, a secure window will open during payment, connecting you directly with your bank. You will be asked to enter your SecureCode to confirm your identity as the cardholder. This code is confidential, as it is available only to you and your bank. Contact your bank service if you are unsure whether this option is available.
Once your payment is complete or declined, you will be redirected back to the E-shop's page.
NB! Due to increased cyberattacks, in order to safely complete your payment in the Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria E-shop, please disable Google Chrome's automatic page translation feature! If this causes issues, we recommend using another browser.
