DELIVERY
General information
Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria LLC delivers the products purchased in the E-shop to any region in Bulgaria and Europe. The ordered and paid products are delivered via TNT shipping company (for abroad orders) and Econt Express (for the orders to be delivered in Bulgaria).
Order preparation
Order processing can take 1-2 working days after the payment confirmation. The payment is deemed confirmed once monetary funds are credited to the Company's bank account.
Order delivery period
It usually takes 1 to 3 working days to delivery the order to your place in Bulgaria. Outside Bulgaria, it takes 3 to 8 working days depending on the delivery country (from the date of shipping by land transport of TNT shipping company).
Delivery cost
If an order gives you 200 or more points, it will be delivered by a courier free of charge.
Additional service within the phone ordering
You can make an order by phone, placing the delivery payment with cash on delivery to Econt Express courier.
Note! Cash on delivery payment is only applied to orders on the territory of Bulgaria.

PAYMENT
After you have added the products to the cart, press "Place an order" and enter the delivery address. After pressing the "Pay" button, you will be redirected to C-pay, the protected online card payment system, where you need to enter your bank card details and pay the required amount.
Data to be entered by the Client to pay using a bank card
Card details: Number, validity period, card holder name, address, CVV/CVC (safety code on the card reverse).
Cards issued as 3D Secure: The payment module will automatically redirect the card holder to the system for additional identification of the bank, that issued the card.
Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria LLC accepts payments via Mastercard, Maestro, Visa.
Additional information for foreign Clients
Bulgarian leva (BGN) is a payment currency used for payment via a credit/debit card. If card currency differs from the payment currency, the payment amount will be calculated using the exchange rate of the card issuer for a particular day.
Credit card validation
All credit/debit card holders are subject to check and validation of the card issuer. If the issuer of your card will reject the payment or if, for any reason, it will not authorize the payment, you will be immediately notified of this.
Card details protection
During the authenticity check, the store staff will not have an access to the confidential data exchanged between the card holder and the bank irrespective of the fact that the transaction takes place at the store website.
MasterCard SecureCode / Verified by Visa
MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa make online purchasing more safe. If your bank is involved, when you pay, an additional window connecting you to your bank opens. In this window you need to enter your personal password and identify yourself as a legitimate cardholder. Password has a security value, only your bank and you know it. To find out if your bank is involved in the payment process, please contact your bank directly.
After payment or rejection to pay, you will be returned to the E-shop.
Note! Due to frequent hacker attacks and to provide your safety when paying for the orders at the Siberian Wellness – Bulgaria E-shop, when using Google Chrome for paying the order, turn off automatic page translation in the browser settings! If you cannot turn off the automatic translation, please use another browser (other than Google Chrome).
