How to place an order

Please follow these steps to place an order on the website:

  1. Choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to the Cart.
  2. Go to the Cart and check its content.
  3. If you already have a registration as a Consultant or a Privileged Client on the website or in one of the Siberian Wellness Stores, we recommend you to log in before placing the order (enter your Registration number and password), and then proceed to the clause 6 hereof.
  4. In case you are not registered in the Company, you can use the quick registration option choosing "Place the order" in the Cart.
  5. Once you got registered or logged in you can proceed with shopping. You can place an order for another Registration number. To do this, you should use the "Add a set" service.
  6. Next step: Choosing a delivery address. Delivery address can be chosen from the profile, or you can add a new one.
  7. If you are not able to pick it up personally, we recommend specifying the name of other receiver and their contact number. The addressee has to live at the shipping address specified in the order. Otherwise, the parcel will not be delivered and will be sent back to the sender.
  8. After choosing the delivery address, you can proceed to the order payment method.
  9. Next step: Verification of order and acceptance of the delivery and payment terms.
  10. Then press "Buy now" and pay the order following the instructions of the payment system.
  11. After the payment is completed, a confirmation letter with the placed order information and the sales contract will be sent to your email. A payment confirmation from the chosen payment system will be sent to the same email.
  12. Order processing can take 1-2 working days after the payment confirmation. The payment is deemed confirmed once monetary funds are credited to the Company's bank account. The order which was placed in E-shop automatically gets the number that helps you to see the status of your order in the Personal account.
  13. While submitting the order, the delivery service assigns a post number. You will get the corresponding notification to the email address mentioned in the order. You can track the movement of your order with this post number on the delivery service website.
